The City of Lake Worth contracted with TLC Diversified Construction Group to provide and install a new 25,000 gallon per day pilot unit. TLC contracted Aerex® Industries to design and manufacture the two-stage 25,000 gallon per day pilot unit.

Koch TFC 4820XR extra high rejection, brackish water reverse osmosis membrane elements, Protec PRO 4-300-SP, high temperature, ASME code stamped pressure vessels, Grundfos pumps and Rosemount instrumentation are just a few of the major components used in construction. The pilot unit frame was fabricated using Extren extruded structural fiberglass shapes. Feed and concentrate piping were fabricated using 316 stainless steel.

Aerex’s® scope included everything from design, to fabrication, to programming and onsite installation. Aerex® provided engineering support and construction for this project at our Fort Pierce, Fla. facility
